if you are getting this error page after you opt in.
It means that when you registered your webhosting you provided the wrong Get Response list Token ID.
it's ok we can fix it.
Go and log into your mtb turnkey site's admin area.
Then click on the "mtb squeeze" menu item.
Now click on "edit this campaign' for the first landing page.
Then click on the "optin settings" menu link.
Then scroll down to the 'hidden fields' section.
now in this field you need to find the previous (incorrect) Get Response List Token ID. Notice how it is surrounded by Quotation Marks...
Replace the incorrect List Token ID, with the Correct list Token ID, and make sure that the Quotation Marks are still There.
Then Click the "update campaign settings' button.
Then repeat this process for the other landing pages.
Now when you opt in you'll see the the correct thank you page redirect and the offer page after that.
