maybe you forgot to get your list token when you signed up? that's ok.
first off. do you have a get response account? if you don't then go and sign up for one now
here's how to get your get response list token.
1.) login to get response
https://app.getresponse.com/login
2.) click on "Contacts" at the top.
3.) mouse over or click on the list menu (those 3 little vertical dots), Then click settings
4.) your list token is displayed on this next screen.
your list token will be 5 characters long.
it's only letters and numbers, they may be UPPER, or lower case.
it's important that you copy and paste this list token ID.
Because sometimes it's really hard to visually tell the difference between some numbers and letters. Like the number: 1 (one) and an I (upper case i) or an l (lower case L)
DO NOT include the trailing comma.
