we're also going to delete the original email address that you used to sign up your GR account since most people use yahoo/gmail/aol/hotmail when they sign up. These email addresses cannot be used when sending email from your GR account.
Log into get response: CLICK HERE TO LOGIN TO GET RESPONSE
click my account.
then click on 'manage account'
then click on email addresses.
then click on 'add email'
now add the email address you created in your web hosting account.
if you followed the MTB training you should have an email address that is something along the lines of "support@whateveryourdomainis.com"
once you have added your new email address you will need to 'confirm' that email. As you can see in the screenshot below, the new email address is in an 'unconfirmed' status.
to confirm this email address you'll need to log into your web hosting account.

then click on 'email accounts'
Then click 'check email' under your email account.
Then click on 'round cube' to get into your email account's inbox.
then double click to open up the confirmation email.
then click the confirmation button.
now you're new email address is confirmed and can be used as a 'from email' in your newsletter broadcasts and your follow up series emails.
now that your domain's email is added and confirmed in your get response account.
it's best to mark your new email address as the default.
now that your new email address is marked as the default. it's best that you delete your original email address from this list of 'from emails' that way there will be no confusion as to what email address will be used when you send emails from your account.
then you will see an message like this... just click 'delete address'
the next page you see will be an error page. this is a bug with get response. it's ok... notice the message that says 'email address removed. this is what we want. just click refresh...
now your new 'domain' email account is the ONLY from email address in your account and it's confirmed and ready to be used in any 'broadcast' or 'autoresponder' message.
